The County-wide display depicting personal and Wiltshire Town stories about the immediate response to the outbreak of WW1 was successfully launched in Corsham on 27th February and will be in situ at Springfield Campus until 28th March. Please pop in to see a really interesting display including an interactive presentation of extra stories over and above the standing display. There is also a Corsham Commemorates Display about a few of our soldiers and the Town itself. This is the first of a series of Wiltshire displays that will be prepared over the next 3 years during the anniversary years. Have a look at this display and let us know your own stories that could be included in future exhibitions. We would particularly like to hear of the experience of the war from the perspective of children who lived through it and about industries that floundered or prospered because of the war.
