Two new classes are starting at Springfield Community Campus in January. Based on a combination of tai chi, yoga, qi gong and a wealth of Chris’ teaching experience regarding health, mobility, mindfulness, strengthening and balance, these two classes are the 8th and 9th to start up since 2016 and will be new to the whole Corsham area.
All ages are welcome but they especially seem to attract the middle aged and older brackets due to the turnaround people experience with their health and vitality once they start.
The classes will run on Mondays from 5.30pm to 6.30pm and on Thursdays from 11am to noon. The first class is free and then £8 each.
