Springfield Open Day

Springfield Open Day

Hundreds of people enjoyed a host of activities at Springfield Community Campus, in Corsham, as part of an open day to mark its first anniversary and the opening of new facilities including the refurbished swimming pool.
The event, held on Saturday, 8 August, included a range of free activities for families, including face painting, a bouncy castle, trampolines, arts and crafts, Alice in Wonderland characters, swimming, climbing wall taster sessions and a police car and fire engine on display.
The open day was a great opportunity for people to come and see what the campus has to offer and the wide range of facilities, services and community and business opportunities that are available here.
We would also like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your support on Saturday, it was a fantastic success and we hope to have many more chance to get all the community together again.
I would also like to say thank you to the support we had from the Wiltshire police and Wiltshire fire, Stephanie Millwood and the all the community groups who supported our event.
