It’s March. Your initial fitness drive in January has ebbed somewhat. The goals that you dreamed about achieving have suffered with life, family and work getting in the way. You need some re-motivation but you don’t know where to turn.

Why not drop into your local leisure centre and enquire about personal training? It doesn’t have to be expensive – we have single sessions from £30, and packages of 5 and 10 sessions with a discounted price. You could also do your session with one or two other people for the same price – thus making it much more affordable, more social and more fun.

The benefits of personal training are having a knowledgeable fitness professional supporting you to get much more out of your individual sessions, and making your time spent in the gym much more effective. They can motivate, cajole, encourage, enthuse and celebrate with you, giving you both a fitness sounding board and someone to help your goals become more achievable.
