Not too late to join a litter pick

Once again the Corsham community Area has risen to the Great British Spring Clean (3rd – 5th March) challenge and organised 9 community litter picks in Corsham, Lacock, Neston, Box and Colerne. If you are one of the organisers, I will contact you before the event to arrange for equipment to be got to you.

If you have not already joined a litter pick then it is not too late to do so. Most last about 2 hours and there is bound to be one near you. All you need to do is contact me and I will give you more details and put you in touch with the organiser. The dates and times of them are:

Mons Lane, Notton – 4th March, 11am
Bowden Hill, Lacock – 3rd March, 10am
Neston Road, Neston – 3rd March, 10.30am
Rudloe and Bok Hill – 4th March, 10am
Corsham Centre – 3rd March, 10am
Beechfield Road – 4th March, 11.30am
Lacock – 3rd March, 11am
Colerne – 3rd March, 10.30am

If you would like to get out there sooner, there is also a litter pick arranged on Saturday 17th February starting at 10.30am. Those taking part to meet at The Green, Freestone Way, Katherine Park.

You do not need any equipment as this will be provided and it is a good way to meet new people whilst making a difference to your local area.
