Plans to bring the vacant grade II listed Mansion House in the centre of Corsham back into use finally got approval from the Secretary of State on the 19th July.
The proposal is to use a £2.5m growth deal grant to support the growth of local businesses particularly around the digital sector.
You will start to see activity on the site from now onwards. Work has already begun on clearing up the area and removing items such as asbestos. A contractor has now been appointed and the plan is to agree the design and build contractor in November.
Display boards will also be produced and put up at Springfield Campus to show what will be taking place.
