Help for Carers in the Armed Forces Community is available now

Are you a family member or friend supporting someone in the Armed Forces Community with mental health difficulties?

If you are caring for someone with:

  • Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
  •  Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Adjustment disorder
  • Psychosis
  • Schizophrenia
  • Bipolar disorder

This service could be for you.

It will give support, education, and skills training to people caring for someone with mental health issues.

The free service is available to anyone over 18 in the Armed Forces community (so active, in the process of leaving or veterans).  You will have access to private and confidential sessions over the Internet using a video link or by telephone.

This on line service is being facilitated by Wiltshire Mind and run by Healios in collaboration with the Army Families Federation.  This is a limited service, so please do not delay by contacting any one of the following services to ensure you obtain some support :
