If you can’t get to one of the meetings, there are other ways that you can make your voice heard:

• We can arrange for someone to talk to you on the telephone.
• You can complete the online survey on our website from the 25th July:

• You can contact Healthwatch Wiltshire by phone, email or through the website.

Healthwatch Wiltshire will gather together all the feedback from Wiltshire people and write a report. This report will be given to the CCG and Wiltshire Council to help them with their plans as well as the local Corsham Area Action Plan
