Funding availabale from Corsham Area Board

The Corsham Area Board is now inviting community and voluntary groups to make applications for community area grants and digital literacy grants during 2013/14.
Money is available to support local capital projects that will provide a lasting legacy in the Corsham Community Area. The maximum grant normally available is £5,000 and match funding is only needed if grants are larger than £500.
Dave Roberts, the Corsham Community Area Manager said ‘A million pounds has been allocated across the 18 area boards and we are very keen to help local groups deliver projects that will benefit their community. In addition to our community area grants, we are also providing digital literacy grants as part of the Wiltshire Online project to help improve access to the internet and online services across the County. This year we are also hoping to support projects that build on the Olympic and Paralympic legacy of 2012.’
To check if your project might be eligible and to apply using our brand new on-line system, http://www.wiltshire.gov.uk/council/areaboards/areaboardscommunitygrantsscheme.htm or contact Dave Roberts.
