22nd Feb – 9.45am to 11.45am OR 1pm to 3pm

“Heat and Eat” sessions are being held at Springfield Campus, Corsham in February and are free for anyone to book and attend. They last for  2 hours and are led by award winning chef Catherine Maxwell. In a fun and informative way, training and recipes are shared in a group situation with the opportunity to eat together at the end. 

Sessions are planned over consecutive weeks on the 15th and 22nd February and you can choose to attend one or both weeks as well as choose either the morning (9.45am to 11.45am) or afternoon (1pm to 3pm) . It is aimed at anyone that might need some advice, help or confidence in cooking healthy meals.

The sessions will also be attended by an advisor who will be able to help with information about heating bills and energy plans if you wish to make use of this offer.

Spaces are available on a first come first served basis and there is no cost
