“Towards a plastic waste free Corsham Area”

“Towards a plastic waste free Corsham Area”
Springfield Community Campus Corsham, July 25, 7pm
We would like to invite you to a special workshop event, which will bring together all parts of the community to plan how we can eliminate plastic waste in the Corsham Community Area.
We all know now how the problem of plastic waste is affecting our world, and it’s time we did something about it. While this is a global problem, we all need to act locally to deal with waste in our own communities.
The Corsham Area Board is working with Corsham Town Council and our local environmental group, Transition Community Corsham, to plan how we can reduce and ultimately eliminate all plastic waste. At the workshop, we would like all parts of our community – individuals, community organisations and local businesses – to work together to identify ways we can achieve this goal. Making
Please come along and share your ideas, hear from Wiltshire Council and others, and agree a way forward on how we can deal with this problem in a way that works for us and enhances our local community.
I hope you can join us and that you will share this invitation widely. It will be great to lead the way on this issue and really make a difference!
